Jason Petersen, and Jim Kjar win medical negligence jury trial, alleging a delay in spine surgery, causing permanent paralysis
Plaintive suffered an injury to his cervical spinal cord in a work related accident. He was treated by the defendant neurosurgeon, who chose to delay surgery. The plaintiff claimed through the testimony of his subsequent treating spine surgeon that the delay caused plaintive to suffer permanent paralysis and loss of use of some of his extremities.
