Neeloufar was born and raised in Los Angeles. Outside of the office and courtroom, she can be found traveling and spending time with family, friends and her Shih Tzu. Neeloufar is an active member in her community, serving on the Board of Directors of the Iranian American Bar Association as the Mentorship Chair connecting law students and attorneys.
