Prior to joining KMS, Sheila Wang honed her litigation skills at boutique law firms in California, representing clients in a broad range of civil matters. She is admitted to practice in California and previously practiced law in China, with experience across different legal systems.

Ms. Wang experience in California includes both insurance defense and commercial litigation. She has handled transportation and general liability claims, and has represented small to mid-sized businesses, healthcare facilities, and property owners in disputes involving breach of contract, breach of fiduciary duty, unfair competition, managed care issues, and landlord-tenant matters.
