KMS Partner Molshree Gupta’s Defense Judgments Published on ASCDC Verdict Magazine

KMS is pleased to share that Partner Molshree (Molly) Gupta secured two defense judgments featured in the ASCDC Verdict Magazine.

In the first case, Molly obtained a defense judgment on behalf of County Defendants in a matter alleging Fourth Amendment and ADA violations, with the Court finding that Plaintiff could not establish his claims. In the second case, Molly secured judgment in favor of a public entity and law enforcement officers on constitutional and state law claims, including allegations of unlawful search and seizure, failure to intervene, negligence, and violation of California Bane’s Act.
