Melanie Paulick Secures Dismissal for Large Public Entity

Melanie Paulick secured a dismissal for a large public entity in a premises liability case wherein Plaintiff alleged that she sustained injuries when she tripped and fell over a chair that was improperly placed at a community senior center.
