KMS Partner Molshree Gupta’s Defense Verdict Published in the Daily Journal

Kjar, McKenna & Stockalper is proud to recognize Partner Molshree (“Molly”) Gupta for her recent defense victory, which was featured in the Daily Journal in May 2026.

Molly successfully obtained summary judgment in a case involving allegations of excessive force, failure to provide adequate medical care, and purported violations of the Fourth Amendment and the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). Following extensive briefing, the Court entered judgment in favor of the defense, finding that the plaintiff could not establish any of his claims and that no reasonable jury could find in his favor. As a result, the Court dismissed the action in its entirety.
