After representing physicians and employers for a decade, Katie Fitzgerald became In-House Counsel to a prominent surgeon and his 25 surgical centers, where she gained invaluable experience before returning to exclusive litigation practice. In addition to her experience defending physicians in medical malpractice claims, Katie also worked as a writing teacher, and have done pro bono work filing resentencing petitions for men and women sentenced to life in prison as minors.
