After prevailing in a lengthy trial involving allegations of a failure to timely diagnose a heart attack in November 2019, Robert McKenna, III, Michael Pittman, and Andrew Wiseman filed a significant memorandum of costs. Following over a year of delays and substantial briefing, plaintiffs’ motion to tax costs was recently heard. The judge agreed with our position and awarded costs in the amount of $100,000.00 to our clients.
