Over the course of his career, Mr. Patel has strengthened his legal skills by working for federal and state judges, as a prosecutor for the Los Angeles City Attorney’s Office, and at a
national AM Law 100 firm.
Mr. Patel completed a judicial externship with the Honorable Otis D. Wright II, United States Central District Court. Upon graduation, Mr. Patel developed his writing skills filing
numerous Motions for Summary Judgment and Ninth Circuit Court of Appeal briefs in the area of administrative law. Mr. Patel successfully argued in front of the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeal in Michelle Bond v. Colvin. In addition, Mr. Patel has taken over 55 depositions in the areas of products liability, breach of contract disputes, hospitality litigation, multi-district federal litigation matters, medical malpractice actions, and mass torts.
