Jason’s healthcare practice focuses on the defense of health care providers including long term care facilities (residential care facilities, skilled nursing facilities, congregate living facilities), hospice care providers, home health agencies, physicians, hospitals, physician groups, and physical and respiratory therapist groups. He has successfully defended health care provider clients in actions resulting in the successful disposition of the case through pre-trial motion, defense verdict at trial, and defendant’s award at arbitration.
Jason’s professional liability practice is devoted to the defense of legal professionals involved in malpractice actions. He has successfully defended underlying personal injury, labor law, employment law, wills and trusts, real estate transactions, and commercial litigation actions for attorney clients.
Jason has represented clients throughout the state of California including Los Angeles County, Orange County, Riverside County, San Diego County, Ventura County, and Northern California.
