As a former teacher, Ms. Villegas began her career representing families of special needs students, aggressively advocating for her clients against large school districts and prevailing in litigation matters to achieve the results her clients deserved.

Ms. Villegas then focused her practice on civil litigation, defending clients in the amusement and retail industries in personal injury matters, in areas including general negligence, premises liability, and products liability in both state and federal courts. Ms. Villegas joined Kjar, McKenna & Stockalper in 2021.
