Robert McKenna wins back to back trials with $30M in total damages requested by plaintiff lawyers

Robert McKenna recently obtained a defense award in a two week arbitration where claimants sought 14 million dollars in damages. A week later, he started a month long jury trial where plaintiffs were seeking 23 million dollars in damages. After four hours of deliberation, the jury returned with a defense verdict. Both cases were brought by pre-eminent plaintiff’s lawyers in southern California and six figure costs bills are being filed in both cases.
